Wooltara and your privacy

At Wooltara we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you give us will only be used to provide you with the services you have agreed to. We will take all required steps to ensure that your personal information is safe and secure with us.

It is important for you to note that if you purchase a product directly from us, it is necessary for us to collect some information from you to deliver your products. If you wish to remain completely anonymous, you may purchase from any of our stockists around Australia, these can be found at ‘Where to buy’ on this website.

Your personal information

You are able to visit and download from our website without disclosing any personal information to us.

If you purchase items from us and provide your personal information to validate your product guarantee, we will only use this information for the purposes you have agreed to. In other words, we will record the information supplied and we (or our representatives) may contact you (by post or email) to advise you of new products or special offers that could interest you. Other than this, we will not give your personal information to anyone without your approval.

Personal information will not be disclosed without your consent. The only exception to this is where we would be required by law to do so. Wooltara will not accept responsibility for the use of any information that has been obtained through unauthorised access.

Delivery

WITHIN AUSTRALIA - Free delivery within Australia normally takes 5-10 working days (subject to stock availability) and is by courier.  Please supply a street address and telephone contact details to assist with delivery.
  

OVERSEAS -   A flat rate of AU$75 per quilt or underlay and AU$30 per pillow is charged for delivery by air mail to all overseas destinations.  Overseas deliveries normally take 5-20 working days (depending on destination).

Returns/Refunds


In the unlikely event of any product proving to be faulty on arrival, please email Wooltara for a return authorisation and the item will be collected and replaced free of charge.

If you decide for any other reason that you do not want to keep your Wooltara online purchase, it may be returned to our South Australian address at your expense, within 21 days of purchase for a refund (less a handling fee of $10), providing that the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging.  Warranty only applicable within Australia due to freight costs, however please contact us by email if you have any queries about your product when purchasing from overseas.
